Our GM/Owner will oversee your project, stage your product in-house (to assure all product is on-hand before we start) while working closely with our installation team to assure the best quality control. Lastly, our lead carpenters will be in charge and responsible for the daily site work in your home. They will become your trusted ally, as it is their job to communicate the project status to you and our internal team everyday.

• Jim Bodner, our General Manager and Owner has been a licensed General Contractor since 1981…Jim is a member of NARI, National Association of Remodelers and has completed many new home construction projects, as well as, countless renovations in Fairfield County. Jim became one of 125 National DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen franchisees in 2003 and opened his first location in Bethel, CT.

• We provide our customers a turn-key approach…to their remodeling projects by providing a work start and completion schedule for each project. Our schedule includes a list of all of the people who will be working on the project, the dates they will be in your home and when the project will be completed. To assist you in one-stop shopping our Design Center includes cabinetry, countertop, flooring, tile, stone, plumbing fixtures and lighting products.

• Where the scope of a project dictates an electrical or plumbing expert…we look to our long-term Trade Partners to work as a part of our team and provide the expert installation job for your project. As part of our team, our trade partner tasks will be incorporated in our master project schedule.
