Typical Design Process for Remodeling with DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen
1. Discovery Meeting - 1st Meeting with our design staff at our Design Center. Come in and meet our staff to learn more about what DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen has to offer you and your project. Our design staff will listen to all of your wants and needs for your new space. We will discuss design options with you to gain a clear understanding of how to make our designs personally work for you and your family, both functionally and esthetically. It’s always helpful if you bring dimensions and photos of the space you are planning to remodel to our 1st meeting.
2. Site Visit - Our designer will come to your home and survey your project. We will take measurements and photo document any structural, plumbing or electrical issues that will affect the project design and estimate.
3. Preliminary Selections Meeting - For our 2nd meeting we invite you to join us again in our Design Center as we present preliminary project parameters & generalize selections to derive an estimated project cost. Detailed designs, product selections, layouts and an actualized budget will be developed only after a Project Retainer has been submitted.
4. Design Presentation – During this meeting we will walk you through our design layouts and rationale – this will give you a clear picture of your project via floor plans and elevations of the new space. At this time, final selections should be close at hand, so we may supply an actual budget and develop work contracts for signature.
5. Orders are placed - Your designer will arrange a pre-start meeting with your complete team. The team will go over the details of the project scope, production process and ultimately develop your schedule.
6. Then the fun begins!!! Your designer will be the main contact throughout the entire construction and installation process. Should you have any questions or concerns during the construction process call your designer promptly, as things move quickly during this stage. Our team will do our best to ensure a quality installation and a fabulous finished space that fits your lifestyle.
